These Terms of Use of the online store www.ludico.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by S.R.L. ALEXGREEN CONCEPT through the website https://ludico.md/. Before using the website, we recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This website belongs to S.R.L. ALEXGREEN CONCEPT. When placing an order in the store, the Buyer accepts the Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Rules and Conditions), presented below.

Using the website https://ludico.md/ implies acceptance of the terms and conditions proposed by S.R.L. ALEXGREEN CONCEPT, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 284/2004 on e-commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established, based on Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the modifications.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website https://ludico.md/, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data that are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing your products and services, promotional actions, Google Analytics, cookies and notifications\newsletter.

All information containing personal data, stored and used only during the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Data transfer via the Internet or a wireless network cannot be completely protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of information that the Buyer provides, therefore, the Buyer will do so at his own risk.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Payment of orders is possible with a payment card upon receipt of the order you will receive documents confirming payment, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Online payment is made under conditions of maximum security with the use of a credit card as a payment instrument, which allows to carry out online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating the buyer in safe online transactions. This security measure includes redirecting users to a MAIB bank page when making a payment, where each authentication of the cardholder is carried out by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction. The refund of funds is carried out only on the same payment card that was used to purchase.

For payment you must enter your bank card information. The transmission of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The transmitted information is encrypted and stored on a payment system server. The following data will be required to make the payment:

  • Card number (16 digits)

  • Expiration date (month and year)

  • CVC or CVV code (3 digits)

  • Name on the payment card

All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). If the currency of the operation differs from the payment currency, the conversion of the operation amount is performed at the exchange rate of the issuing bank's settlement day.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES

When placing an order, the buyer provides information about the expected date of receipt of the order.

Delivery is made to the address indicated on the website www.ludico.md , only on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

The delivery period may be extended in individual cases (for example, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen events, technical malfunctions, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of the two situations.

Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the packaging and the availability of fiscal documents. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects are not accepted.

5. RIGHT TO REFUND

According to the notion of Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on Consumer Protection
The buyer has the right to return the product/goods purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of
payment. The funds are returned to the card from which the purchase was made.


Sample items cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Government Resolution №1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by the Government Resolution №1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007).
